IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 96 (1409) <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A <br /> MASTER PROJECT FUNDING AGREEMENT AND THREE SUBSEQUENT SPECIFIC <br /> PROJECT FUNDING AGREEMENTS WITH THE ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY (ACTIA) FOR <br /> MEASURE B 2000 CAPITAL PROJECT FUNDS <br /> • <br /> Recitals <br /> WHEREAS, before Measure B funds will be made available to local agencies, the <br /> LOCAL AGENCY and the ALAMEDA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT <br /> AUTHORITY (ACTIA) are required to enter into a master program funding agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, ACTIA requires as part of this agreement, a resolution authorizing an <br /> official of the participating agency to execute said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the City Manager is authorized to enter into a master program funding agreement <br /> and three subsequent specific project funding agreements with the Alameda County <br /> Transportation Improvement Authority for Measure B 2000 Capital Project funds; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution will be transmitted to <br /> ACTIA in conjunction with the agreements. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br /> Ist day of July 2002, by the following called vote: <br />
