N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 98A (1078/1221/1203) <br /> RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS <br /> (Sewer Service, Business License Fees, <br /> and Garbage Service Charges) <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the • <br /> assessments proposed to be levied for non - payment of delinquent sewer service charges, <br /> business license fee charges, and garbage service charges, said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on <br /> July 15, 2002 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA <br /> 94577. <br /> At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property <br /> described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed <br /> assessments. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> .
