IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 99 (1078 /1221/1203) <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING REPORTS OF THE FINANCE DIRECTOR IMPOS NG LIENS <br /> FOR NON- PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT SEWER SERVICE, <br /> BUSINESS LICENSE FEE, AND GARBAGE SERVICE CHARGES <br /> Finding <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro has reviewed the Reports of the Finance <br /> Director, filed with the City Clerk on Monday, July 1, 2002, and bearing List No. 2002 -1 for sewer <br /> charges, List No. 2002 -2 for business license fee charges, and List No. 2002 -3 for garbage service <br /> charges, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. All of said charges are currently <br /> unpaid and delinquent. <br /> Pursuant to the San Leandro Municipal Code, notice was duly given of the time and place of <br /> hearing on said delinquent charges and upon any objections or protest by any of the property owners <br /> • <br /> liable to be liened for non - payment of such delinquent charges. <br /> Said hearing was regularly set for the hour of 7:00 p.m. on July 15, 2002, in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA. <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro has heard and passed on objections and protests <br /> of the property owners liable to be assessed for charges. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the City Council of the City of San Leandro confirms the Reports of the Finance Director <br /> concerning non - payment of city service charges and bearing Lists Nos. 2002 -1, 2002 -2, and 2002 -3. <br /> And it is further <br />
