CITY OF SAN LEANDRO EXTRA HELP HOURLY NON - REPRESENTED SALARY SCHEDULE Effective 6/4/2012 The following schedule outlines the pay levels at which an individual working in an extra -help, intermittent, limited- duration and /or special projects capacity should be paid. The salary schedule as adopted should ensure the City's ability to attract limited- duration employees to augment its workforce utilizing other types of employment, and to provide for internal consistency. The ranges are arranged by the type and level of work to be performed. The specific salary assignment within each range should be based on the training and experience of the individual filling the extra -help position. Unless authorized by City Council, the salary of an individual working in any of the extra -help capacities listed below may not exceed these salary ranges; nor may the individual receive any additional compensation, accrued leave, or benefits.
