IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -056 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CITY'S APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL <br /> YEAR 2012 -13 <br /> WHEREAS, following availability of the documentation used in the determination of the <br /> Appropriation Limit pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code, this Council has <br /> reviewed and considered the data contained in Attachment 1 attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code and Article XIII <br /> B of the California Constitution, the City Council does hereby establish the Appropriation Limit <br /> for Fiscal Year 2012 -2013 at $161,166,358 as more specifically set forth in Attachment 1. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 4th day of June, 2012, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> • <br /> ATTEST: AA).04/14.. <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
