IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -066 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 021-N TO <br /> ADMINISTERING AGENCY -STATE MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 04-5041 R FOR THE <br /> SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL (SRTS) PROGRAM, SAN LEANDRO K -8TH SCHOOLS <br /> TRAFFIC SAFETY EDUCATION PROGRAM, STATE PROJECT NO. SRTSLNI - 5041(040), <br /> CITY PROJECT NO. 150 -38 -338 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro has been awarded a $410,000 Safe Routes To <br /> School (SRTS) Program grant for a Traffic Safety Education Program in San Leandro K -8th <br /> Public Schools; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Program Supplement Agreement must be completed to allow Caltrans to <br /> disburse the SRTS grant funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. 021 -N is to be incorporated into that Master <br /> Agreement for State Funded Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State <br /> of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program <br /> Supplement No. 021 -N. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said Program Supplement No. 021 -N is hereby approved and the City Manager or <br /> his authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of <br /> the City. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 4th day of June, <br /> 2012, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> • <br /> ATTEST: L1 /. . i i A ►/.4 1. <br /> Marian Handa, City lerk <br />
