ERLICH, San Leandro resident, inquired about the Redevelopment <br />Agency. <br />There being no further public comments, and without objection, the Public Hearing <br />was closed. <br />12 -273 ADOPT: Resolution Adopting the Budget of the City of San Leandro <br />for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 (adopts the proposed <br />budget pursuant to City Charter Section 515) <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Prola, seconded by Councilmember <br />Cutter, that this Resolution be Adopted. The motion carried by the following <br />vote. <br />Aye: 7 - Cassidy, Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak <br />Enactment No: Reso 2012 -055 <br />12 -274 ADOPT: Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />Acting in Its Capacity as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of San Leandro Adopting the Budget for the Fiscal <br />Year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 and Making a Determination <br />Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 33334.3 <br />(adopts the proposed budget) <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Prola, seconded by Councilmember <br />Cutter, that this Resolution be Adopted.
