File Number: 12 -307 <br />Section 4. All persons qualified to vote at elections in said City of San Leandro upon the <br />date of the election herein provided for shall be qualified to vote for the public officers at said <br />General Municipal Election. <br />Section 5. The polls will be open between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on said <br />day of election, and no ballots shall be received after the proclamation that the polls are <br />closed (except as provided in Section 14401 of the Elections Code). <br />Section 6. The Alameda County Registrar of Voters shall proceed and conduct the <br />canvass of the results of said election in accordance with the provisions of the Elections <br />Code, and shall deliver to the City of San Leandro the certification of the official results of said <br />election. <br />Section 7.
