City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: July 2, 2012 <br />Resolution - Council <br />File Number: 12 -317 Agenda Section: CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO: City Council <br />FROM: Chris Zapata <br />City Manager <br />BY: Luke Sims <br />Community Development Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW: David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE: ADOPT: Resolution Approving a FY 2012 -13 Contractual Services <br />Agreement with Bay Area Homebuyer Agency for $33,065 (approves the <br />annual agreement for administration of the City's First Time Homebuyer and <br />Inclusionary Housing /Below Market Rate Ownership Programs) <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Bay Area Home Buyer <br />Agency, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized for the Redevelopment Housing Set -Aside Fund amount of $33,065 related to the <br />administration of the First Time Homebuyer and Inclusionary Housing /Below Market Rate <br />Ownership Programs by Bay Area Home Buyer Agency. <br />City of San Leandro Page 1 Printed on 612612012 <br />
