Assessment district, if approved by property owners within the <br />district, will provide revenue for enhanced security, maintenance and <br />marketing.) <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and New City America, <br />Inc., a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />follows: <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />City of San Leandro Page 1 Printed on 612612012 <br />
