IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -076 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> (CDBG) CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN <br /> LEANDRO AND NEIGHBORHOOD SOLUTIONS TO ADMINISTER THE CITY'S <br /> HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM IN FY 2012 -2013 <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Neighborhood Solutions, <br /> a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized for the <br /> Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $90,000 related to the <br /> administration of the Housing Rehabilitation Program by Neighborhood Solutions. <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 2nd day of July, 2012, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
