IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -099 <br /> RESOLUTION TO REJECT BIDS FOR ANNUAL STREET SEALING 2011 -12, <br /> PROJECT NO. 11- 144 -38 -332 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro did, on June 28, 2012, publicly open, examine and <br /> declare all sealed proposals or bids for the work described in Resolution No. 2012 -058 of the <br /> City Council of said City adopted on June 4, 2012, which resolution is hereby expressly referred <br /> to for a description of said work and for all particulars relative to the proceedings under said <br /> resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation <br /> Director for comparison and recommendation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Engineering and Transportation Director has recommended that the <br /> proposals for said work be rejected. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said City Council hereby rejects said proposals or bids for doing said work. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 4th day of September, <br /> 2012, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: _ r <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
