McEntyre ", as shown on that certain map entitled "Tract 906 ", and filed in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County on November 17, 1949 in Book 30 of Maps at Page 36, described as follows: Two strips of land, both two feet wide, described as follows: Commencing at a concrete monument at the intersection of the monument line of Fargo Avenue, formerly West Avenue 152, and the monument line of Edgemoor Street, as said monument and lines are shown on said map; Thence along said monument line of Fargo Avenue North 87 °58'39" East 121.00 feet; Thence leaving said monument line South 2°1'21" East to the northwest corner of said parcel, said point also being called "Point A" for the purposes of this description; Thence along the northerly line of said parcel, said line also being the southerly line of Fargo Avenue, North 87 °58'39" East 80.59 feet to the Point of Beginning of the first portion of this Street Dedication; Thence continuing along the northerly line of said parcel North 87 °58'39" East 15.41 feet; Thence leaving the northerly line of said parcel South 2 °1'21" East 2.00 feet; Thence along a line parallel with and distant 33 feet from the monument line of Fargo Avenue, said line also being parallel with and distant 2 feet from the northerly line of said parcel, South 87 °58'39" West 15.41 feet; Thence Nonh 2°1'21" West 2.00 feet to the point of beginning of the first portion of this Street Dedication, containing an area of 31 square feet, more or less, along with the following second portion of this Street Dedication; Returning to the heretofore described Point A; Thence along the northerly line of said parcel, said line also being the southerly line of Fargo Avenue, North 87 °58'39" East 140.00 feet to a point of tangency with a 450.00 foot radius curve to the right; Thence continuing along the northerly line of said parcel, said line also being the southerly line of Fargo Avenue, along said curve to the right through an included angle of 27 °21'35" a distance of 214.88 feet to the Point of Beginning of the second portion of this Street Dedication; Thence continuing along the northerly line of said parcel, said line also being the southerly line of Fargo Avenue, continuing along said curve to the right through an included angle of 1 °52'15" a distance of 14.69 feet; Thence leaving said northerly line of said parcel, South 27 °12'29" West 2.00 feet; Thence along a curve parallel with and distant 33 feet from the monument line of Fargo Avenue, said curve also being parallel with and distant 2 feet from the northerly line of said parcel, through an included angle of 1 °52'15" a distance of 14.63 feet; Thence North 25°20'14" East 2.00 feet to the point of beginning of the second portion of this Street Dedication, containing an area of 29 square feet, more or Tess, and containing a combined total of 60 square feet, more or less.
