CONSTRUCTION, 1120 NINTH AVENUE, SAN MATEO, CA 94402, PHONE: (650) 343 -6109, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit ANNUAL SIDEWALK PROGRAM 2011 -12, PROJECT NO. 2009.0241. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement•is as follows: GREAT AMERICAN INSURANCE COMPANY, 1350 TREAT BOULEVARD, SUITE 300, CONCORD, CA 94520. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ANNUAL SIDEWALK PROGRAM 2011 -12, PROJECT NO. 2009.0241, project is that of public improvements made within public right -of -way in certain lands designated as various city streets in San Leandro, CA, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 1" day of OCTOBER, 2012 by RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -1.13. 1 certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
