(Applicant) and Madison Bayfair LLC (Property Owner) <br /> COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> A. The applicant/property owner shall comply with Exhibits A through D, attached to <br /> the application dated June 14, 2012, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on <br /> file in the City of San Leandro Community Development Department, 835 East 14th <br /> Street, San Leandro, California, 94577). <br /> Exhibit A — Floor Plan Location <br /> Exhibit D — Photograph and Summary of ecoATM Reverse Vending Machine <br /> B. The applicant/property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in <br /> interest who assumes responsibility for this site plan approval is informed of its terms <br /> and conditions. <br /> 11. PERMITTED USE <br /> A. This site plan review approval permits for the installation of a Reverse Vending <br /> Machine of used consumer electronics, including M.P3 players, mobile phones, Ipads <br /> and similar tablets, inside the mall at Bayfair Center located at 15555 East 14th <br /> Street, San Leandro; (Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 77D- 1490 -30). <br /> Said location inside the mall shall remain in substantial compliance with space <br /> number 38 shown specifically on Exhibit A — Floor Plan Location. <br /> III. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Any change in the proposed location inside the mall shall be submitted in writing to <br /> the City of San Leandro and subject to the review of the Zoning Enforcement <br /> Official. Any increase in the number of reverse vending machines shall require a new <br /> Administrative Review application for the review of the Zoning Enforcement <br /> Official. <br /> B. The reverse vending machine and the immediate area around said machine shall be <br /> well maintained and shall be kept free of litter at all times. <br /> C. Any existing trash receptacle, seating, or vending machine located near the area of the <br /> proposed reverse vending machine shall be relocated so as to provide an unobstructed <br /> view of the reverse vending machine from the inside of the mall area and adjacent <br /> retail stores. For security purposes, an unobstructed view of the reverse vending <br /> machine shall be maintained at all times. <br /> Agreement to Conditions June 14, 2012 <br /> PL \'2012 -00013 Page 3 of 4 <br />
