• <br /> j. Upon activation of the City's Emergency Operations Center (EOC), <br /> the individuals designated by the City Council, City Manager, San Leandro Municipal <br /> Code, and Disaster Plan shall be assigned to assist in a declared emergency. The ACFD <br /> shall provide sufficient staff to operate the appropriate functions in the EOC. Release <br /> of personnel and resources may occur after evaluation of local conditions and upon <br /> mutual agreement by the City Manager and the Fire Chief. <br /> k. Upon request by the City Manager, ACFD shall make available its <br /> records for audit and inspection by the City Manager, or his or her designated <br /> representative. <br /> 1. The County will continue the current practice of a yearly <br /> independent audit of the ACFD's performance. The County shall provide such audit <br /> reports to the City Manager within thirty (30) days of publication, but no later than <br /> March 1 of each calendar year. <br /> m. The Fire Chief shall appoint at least one Deputy Chief to act as <br /> Liaison with the City of San Leandro and to serve as the City of San Leandro Fire Chief <br /> in the absence of the Fire Chief. <br /> n. Personnel and equipment routinely assigned to provide services <br /> under this Agreement shall be assigned to a new battalion, which shall be designated <br /> "Battalion 1."
