The notice will include information regarding dates of examination segments <br /> and study materials. Copies will be sent to the address of record of any employees on <br /> industrial sick leave (Worker's Compensation). <br /> In case of an emergency, the Fire Department shall notify the Union that a shorter notice <br /> period (but no less than 25 days) is required. If the Union has no objection, less notice may <br /> be given under exceptional circumstances.
