The County shall maintain public liability and property. damage. <br /> insurance with a single combined liability limit of not less than Ten Million Dollars <br /> ($10,000,000) insuring all liability of County, acting through the ACFD and its <br /> authorized representatives, arising out of and in connection with the County's provision <br /> of service under this Agreement, including the use and/or occupancy of City owned <br /> equipment, apparatus, real property and premises. <br /> City shall be named as an additional insured and the policy shall contain cross - <br /> liability endorsements. An endorsement shall be provided which states that the County <br /> coverage is the primary insurance and that no other insurance effected by the City will <br /> be called upon to contribute to a loss under this coverage. The County may self insure <br /> to these limits of coverage. <br /> b. The County shall maintain workers' compensation insurance as <br /> required by the State of California and Employers' Liability Insurance. Employers' <br /> Liability Insurance shall have Limits of no less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). <br /> per accident for bodily injury or disease.
