IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012-130 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIX MONTH EXTENSION OF THE CONTRACTUAL <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH EAST BAY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT TO <br /> CONDUCT SEWER UTILITY COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT BILLING SERVICES, <br /> EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1,2013 <br /> WHEREAS, an amendment to extend the original agreement between the City of San <br /> Leandro and East Bay Municipal Utility District, a copy of which is attached,has been presented to <br /> the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Souza and passed and adopted this 17th day of December, <br /> 2012, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Dlugosh, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: ThAalLtaVA '104/(CL <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
