1.06 Termination Of Agreement <br /> Paragraph 1.06 of the AGREEMENT is replaced in its entirety with the following: <br /> This Agreement will remain in effect,except as provided for in paragraphs 2.08, 3.02(b)and <br /> 3.04,until [10 years and 6 months from execution of Agreement}.This Agreement may be <br /> extended by written agreement between the Agency and the District.
