99315159 <br /> SECTION 14. RECORDATION OF REGULATORY AGREEMENT <br /> The Recipient shall cause this Regulatory Agreement and all amendments and <br /> supplements hereto to be recorded in the land records of the City and the County, <br /> and in such other places as the City may reasonably request. <br /> SECTION 15. SUCCESSORS BOUND <br /> This Regulatory Agreement and the covenants and conditions contained herein <br /> shall run with the land and shall bind, and the benefits shall inure to, respectively, the <br /> Recipient and its successors and assigns and all subsequent Recipients of the Project <br /> or any interest herein, and the City and its successors and assigns. <br /> SECTION 16. SEVERABILITY <br /> The invalidity of any clause, part or provisior `af this Regulatory Agreement <br /> shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof. Nothing in this <br /> Regulatory Agreement shall prevent the City from exercising any of its rights under <br /> the Deed of Trust. <br /> SECTION 17. GOVERNING LAW <br /> This Regulatory Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of <br /> the State of California. Nothing in this Regulatory Agreement shall prevent the City <br /> from exercising any of its rights under the Deed of Trust. <br /> SECTION 18. AMENDMENTS <br /> Except as otherwise provided hereunder, this Regulatory agreement may not be <br /> amended, changed, modified, altered or terminated except as permitted in this <br /> Agreement. This Regulatory Agreement shall be amended only by a written <br /> instrument executed by the Parties hereto or their successors in title, and duly <br /> recorded in the real property records of the County of Alameda, California. <br /> 9 <br />
