City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: January 22, 2013 <br />Staff Report <br />Agenda Section:File Number:13-013 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number:8.E. <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Chris Zapata <br />City Manager <br />BY:Lianne Marshall <br />Assistant City Manager <br />FINANCE REVIEW:Not Applicable <br />TITLE:Staff Report for Approving the Addition of One Individual to the Shoreline <br />Advisory Group to the City and Cal-Coast to Assist in Refining the Plans and <br />Studies for the Shoreline Development Project <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Shoreline Business Association (SBA), comprised of El Torito , Horatio’s, the Marina Inn, <br />the Monarch Bay Golf Course and the Marina, had one representative on the Shoreline <br />Development Citizens Advisory Group (CAC). In 2011, the SBA representative, Kevin Jones <br />manager of Horatio’s , discontinued his employment and resigned from the CAC.
