File Number: 12-551 <br />All street segments associated with this project are scheduled to receive an application of <br />asphalt rubber chip seal in combination with other street sealing treatments. Asphalt rubber <br />cape seal is a specialty item that is performed by few contractors in the area. To maximize <br />the number of potential bidders on the slurry and scrub seal work, the asphalt rubber cape <br />seal work will be bid separately. <br />Analysis <br />Based on information obtained from the pavement condition survey and discussions between <br />Engineering and Transportation and Public Works Services Street Maintenance staff , the <br />streets listed below were selected for treatment.
