EXHIBIT C <br /> TEN YEAR EXTENDED OPERATIONAL,WARRANTY&SUPPORT <br /> City may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, extend the end date of this Agreement beyond that <br /> provided for in Subsection 1.1, for four(4) additional one-year terms, as deemed beneficial to <br /> the City, for a total contract period of five (5) years. Consultant shall be notified in writing by the <br /> City Purchasing Agent of the City's intention to extend the Contract term at least ninety (90) <br /> calendar days prior to the expiration of the Contract. <br /> Consultant shall provide Extended Operational, Warranty and Support for this project on a Lump <br /> Sum basis as follows: <br /> Item <br /> Years 2-5 <br /> 1 — Pay Stations $ 3,948.00 <br /> 2—TMS, 3 sets Handheld Devices & Printers $ 6,348.00 <br /> 3 — LPR—2 Mobile Systems $ 1,820.00 <br /> 4— LPR—4 Stationary Cameras $ 6,156.00 <br /> Taxes (9%) $ 2,544.48 <br /> Sub-total cost per year $ 30,816.48 <br /> The stated yearly fee for this agreement shall be adjusted annually on the anniversary of <br /> the execution of the contract based on the Consumer Price Index published by the Bureau <br /> of Labor Statistics, for all commodities for all urban consumers in the U. S.
