The converted garage shall not be made independently <br /> accessible from the interior of the existing. <br /> 3. Owner agrees that the concrete parking pad outside the front yard setback shall be <br /> retained as two-off street parking spaces. Said concrete parking pad shall not be <br /> used for business purposes that results in the elimination or reduction of the two off- <br /> street parking spaces. <br /> 4.
