NON-MAJOR GOVERNMENTAL FUNDS <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS <br />Capital Improvement Projects Capital Projects Fund -This fund accounts monies for major capital <br />improvement projects not provided for in one the the other capital improvement projects fund. <br />Redevelopment Agency Capital Projects Fund - Accounts for the planning and implementation of the City’s <br />Redevelopment Plan for the three Project Areas located within the City’s boundaries. Under Assemby Bill x1 <br />26, redevelopment was eliminated effective February 1, 2012. <br />Redevelopment Agency Low/Moderate Housing Capital Projects Fund - Accounts for the 20% tax <br />increment revenue set aside legally designated for low and moderate income housing and neighborhood <br />improvement programs. Under Assemby Bill x1 26, redevelopment was eliminated effective February 1, 2012. <br />San Leandro Hillside Geological Hazardous Abatement District -This fund is used to account for the <br />finances of the collaborative between the City of San Leandro and the Geological Hazardous Abatement <br />District (GHAD). <br /> 111
