<br />16 <br /> <br />CAPITAL ASSETS AND DEBT ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />Capital Assets <br /> <br />The City’s investment in capital assets for its governmental and business type activities as of June 30, <br />2012, amounts to $323 million (net of accumulated depreciation), which is a decrease of $11.0 million <br />primarily due to the dissolution of the Redevelopment Agency wherein assets were transferred to the <br />private purpose trust fund effective February 1, 2012.
