March 4, 2013City Council Draft Minutes <br />and Burrell Field <br />13-075 MOTION: Motion Directing Staff to Work with the San Leandro <br />Unified School District Staff in Drafting a Memorandum of <br />Understanding Detailing the Use, Maintenance and Operation <br />Responsibilities, and Establishment of a Separate Fund Which Tracks <br />Revenues and Expenditures Associated with Oversight of the Pacific <br />Sports Complex and Burrell Field <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Cutter, seconded by Councilmember <br />Prola, that this minute order be adopted as amended to include: <br />- If necessary, there will be an allocation of General Fund revenue to support <br />the City's portion of the maintenance and operation costs; <br />- The City will continue to maintain and operate the tennis courts and open <br />field area of the complex; <br />- Burrell Football Stadium will continue to be maintained and operated by the <br />School District; and <br />- The agency responsible for maintaining a facility has control over the usage, <br />frequency and time of operations of that facility. <br />The motion carried by the following vote. <br />Aye:Cassidy, Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza7 - <br />Enactment No: Min Order 2013-009 <br />The City Council recessed from 8:54 p.m. to 9:11 p.m. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS – CITY COUNCIL3. <br />3.A.13-044 Staff Report for Resolution Amending Section 6.4.100 of the San <br />Leandro Administrative Code to Increase the Subpoena Fee for the <br />Personal Appearance of Police Officers <br />The Hearing was opened to the public. <br />There being no public comments, and without objection, the Public Hearing was <br />closed. <br />13-087 ADOPT: Resolution Amending Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code to Increase the Subpoena Fee for the Personal <br />Appearance of Police Officers (increases the witness fee for a police <br />officer from $150 to $275 to conform with a change to state law) <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Souza, seconded by Councilmember <br />Prola, that this resolution be adopted.
