The engineer's estimate for the work was <br />$58,180. <br />Previous Actions <br />·On February 17, 2009, by Resolution No. 2009-023, the City Council authorized the <br />application for grant funds from the East Bay Regional Parks District under Measure WW, <br />the Park Bond Extension <br />·On February 4, 2013, by Resolution No. 2013-017, the City Council authorized the City <br />Manager to approve the plans and specifications and call for bids on the subject project <br />Applicable General Plan Policies <br />This project is consistent with General Plan Goal No. 21 - Rehabilitation of existing parks <br />policy. <br />Environmental Review <br />A CEQA review was completed for the project and it was determined to be Categorically <br />Exempt in accordance with CEQA section 15301 (Existing Facilities), part (d) for existing <br />bicycle and pedestrian trails. A Notice of Exemption was filed with Alameda County on March <br />20, 2009. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />·The total cost of the Toyon Park Pathway Rehabilitation project is $90,000.
