That on or about the 2ND day of APRIL 2012, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with AMLAND CORPORATION, 3168 KNIGHTS BRIDGE ROAD, SAN JOSE, CA, 95132, PHONE: (408) 929-3949, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit BANCROFT AVENUE AND 136TH AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL, PROJECT NO. 11-150-38-330. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: MERCHANTS BONDING COMPANY (MUTUAL), 2100 FLEUR DRIVE, DES MOINES,IA 50321, PHONE: (800) 678-8171. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the BANCROFT AVENUE AND 136TH AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL, PROJECT NO. 11-150-38-330,project is that of public improvements made to public right-of-way in the intersection of Bancroft Avenue and 136th Avenue in the City of San Leandro, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 4TH day of MARCH,2013 by RESOLUTION NO. 2013-025.
