Upon meeting the conditions of closing in Section III ab ove, you are instructed to <br /> immediately record in the Official Records of Alameda County in the order set forth <br /> below, the following documents (collectively known as the "Documents"): <br /> (i) the LP-1; <br /> (ii) the Grant Deed; <br /> (iii) the CaIHFA Loan Assignment; <br /> (iv) the CaIHFA Loan Modification; <br /> (v) the CaIHFA RCHP Deed of Trust; <br /> (vi) the City Loan Assignment; <br /> (vii) the City A&R Regulatory Agreement; <br /> (viii) the City A&R Deed of Trust; <br /> (ix) the Agency Loan Assignment; <br /> (x) the County Regulatory Agreement; <br /> (x) the County Deed of Trust; <br /> (xi) the TCAC Assignment; <br /> (xii) the Subordinations; <br /> (xiii) the City Reconveyance; and <br /> (xiv) any Requests for Notice required by the parties. <br /> B. All CaIHFA, City, Agency and County documents are to be recorded at no charge <br /> pursuant to California Government Code Section 27383. If the Alameda County <br /> Recorder requires a recording fee, such fees shall be borne by the Partnership. <br /> C. Immediately upon recordation of the Documents, you are instructed to notify Natalie L. <br /> Gubb,Susan Bloch and Polly Marshall by email or by telephone. <br /> V. Deposit and Disbursement of Funds. <br /> Funds will be deposited by parties as described herein into escrow. Concurrently with <br /> recordation you are instructed to disburse the funds in the following order: <br /> A. You are to disburse the amount identified in your closing statement to North American <br /> Title Company. <br /> B. You are to disburse the amount of $8,278 to Gubb & Barshay LLP. Mail the check to <br /> Gubb & Barshay LLP, 50 California Street, Suite 3155, San Francisco, CA 94111. <br />
