These instructions may be revoked, amended or modified in a writing executed by all <br /> parties hereto at any time prior to the close of escrow. Citizens Surf LP and Eden Surf LP <br /> authorize Natalie L. Gubb to sign any revocation, amendment or modification to these <br /> instructions on their behalf, or to amend, revoke, or modify these instructions verbally. <br /> The City authorizes Steve Hernandez, Tom Liao or Susan Bloch to sign any revocation, <br /> amendment or modification to these instructions on its behalf, or to amend, revoke, or <br /> modify these instructions verbally. The County authorizes Polly Marshall to sign any <br /> revocation, amendment or modification to these instructions on its behalf, or to amend, <br /> revoke, or modify these instructions verbally. <br /> B. Please acknowledge your agreement to and acceptance of these instructions by signing <br /> copies of this letter and returning one copy to Natalie L. Gubb at Gubb & Barshay LLP, <br /> one copy to Jeremy Wire at Eden Housing, Inc., and one copy to Steve Hernandez at the <br /> City, one copy to Susan E. Bloch at Meyers Nave, one copy to Michelle Starratt at the <br /> County, and one copy to Polly Marshall at Goldfarb & Lipman, together with the final <br /> settlement statement. <br />
