Notice of Determination <br /> The Planning Center I DC&E will prepare the Notice of Determination and will submit a <br /> draft to the City. The City will file the Notice of Determination with the County Clerk's office <br /> and the State Clearinghouse. <br /> II. SCHEDULE, PRODUCTS,AND MEETINGS <br /> Schedule <br /> The Planning Center I DC&E's proposed schedule for completion of the Shoreline <br /> Development Project EIR is shown in Figure 1.
