IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-068 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES WITH <br /> MEYERS NAVE RIBACK SILVER& WILSON("MEYERS NAVE")FOR <br /> CONTRACT CITY ATTORNEY LEGAL SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the law firm of Meyers <br /> Nave Riback Silver& Wilson,a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Souza and passed and adopted this 20th day of May, <br /> 2013, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Cassidy (1) <br /> ATTEST: ,(14-1MkeW1 At/1/1-41/L, <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
