Exhibit C
Maintenance Plan for Storm Water
Currently, there are 13 storm-water catch basins on the north and east of the property that are
being maintained by an independent contractor. These basins are serviced 3 times a year. Every
4 months the filters are cleaned and the sump is vacuum cleaned of all dirt and debris. As part
of this on-going program, the filters are replaced once every year, and if there would be any
potential damage to the filters during the normal maintenance program the filter is replaced(We
have not had to ever replace a filter during the normal maintenance/service periods). The catch
basins at truck pits are also protected by a 1/2" x 1/2"woven wire mesh secured to the under side
of the catch basin grate to prevent any large objects from falling into the catch basin sump.
There are currently 5 catch basins on the south and west side of the property that are part of the
original construction. These catch basins have sumps without filters. There will be one new
catch basin added as part of this new construction. As part of this improvement/construction
project,we will add filters at each and every existing catch basin and at the new catch basin. The
existing independent contractor(currently REM)will be retained to maintain and service all of
the catch basins on this property in accordance with the same service program that is already
implemented."
