IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-072 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BIENNIAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> FOR THE FISCAL YEARS JULY 1, 2013 TO JUNE 30, 2014 AND <br /> JULY 1, 2014 TO JUNE 30, 2015 <br /> WHEREAS,the 2013-14 and 2014-15 Proposed Biennial Budget of the City of San <br /> Leandro was prepared and submitted to the City Council by the City Manager on May 14, 2013 , <br /> which was at least thirty-five (35) days prior to the beginning of the 2013-2014 fiscal year as <br /> required by Section 505 of the City's Charter; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the City Manager's Proposed Biennial Budget, <br /> and thereafter caused a public hearing to be held concerning the Proposed Biennial Budget on <br /> June 3, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, upon conclusion of the public hearing, the City Council further considered <br /> the Proposed Biennial Budget as provided for in Section 515 of the Charter; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN LEANDRO: <br /> That the 2013-14 and 2014-15 Proposed Biennial Budget referenced above is hereby <br /> designated and approved as the City of San Leandro's 2013-14 and 2014-15 Adopted Biennial <br /> Budget. <br /> That the amounts stated herein are hereby appropriated to the purposes therein specified <br /> for 2013-14 and 2014-15 that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute any and all <br /> Service Agreements as provided for in said appropriation. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 3rd day of June, 2013, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: TriLaILOAA 4{ t <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
