IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-079 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> KIER& WRIGHT CIVIL ENGINEERS AND SURVEYORS, INC. FOR THE <br /> FIBER CONDUIT FOR BROADBAND PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2013.0320 <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Kier& Wright Civil <br /> Engineers and Surveyors, Inc., a copy of which is attached,has been presented to this City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 3rd day of June, 2013, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: MAIRA/CetAA-A4NALGL- <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
