IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-096 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> (CDBG) CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR$90,000 IN FY 2013-2014 <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND NEIGHBORHOOD SOLUTIONS - $19,000 <br /> FOR PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION AND $71,000 FOR THE PROVISION OF <br /> HOUSING REHABILITATION GRANTS <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Neighborhood Solutions, <br /> a copy of which is attached,has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized for the <br /> Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) funds in the amount of$90,000 for the Housing <br /> Rehabilitation Program administered by Neighborhood Solutions. <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 1st day of July, 2013, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: 1 -0/1A <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
