That on or about the 7TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2012, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with HP COMMUNICATIONS, INC., 13341 TEMESCAL CANYON ROAD, CORONA, CA 92883, PHONE: (951) 545-9809, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit FIBER LOOP PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 11-120-28-192. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: LIBERTY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, 790 THE CITY DRIVE SOUTH, SUITE 200, ORANGE, CA 92868, PHONE: (714) 634-5712. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the FIBER LOOP PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 11-120-28-192, project is that of public improvements made to public right-of-way on lands designated as various city streets in San Leandro, CA, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 3RD day of JUNE,2013 by RESOLUTION NO. 2013-078.
