City Council Minutes July 1, 2013 13-290 ADOPT: Resolution Accepting the Engineer's Report for Fiscal Year 2013-14 for the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3 (provides funding for the on-going maintenance of certain public facilities constructed as part of the Heron Bay development) A motion was made by Councilmember Lee, seconded by Councilmember Souza, that this resolution be adopted. The motion carried by the following vote.
