IN THE CITY COUNCIL_ OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -103 <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS <br />(2013 BUSINESS LICENSE TAX, SOLID WASTE SERVICE CHARGES, <br />SIDEWALK REPAIRS, FALSE ALARM RESPONSES, SEWER SERVICE CHARGES, <br />CERTIFIED UNIFIED PROGRAM AGENCY FEES, AND <br />COMMUNITY COMPLIANCE CODE ENFORCEMENT CHARGES) <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the <br />assessments proposed to be levied for non - payment of delinquent 2013 business license tax, solid <br />waste service charges, sidewalk repairs, false alarm responses, sewer service charges, Certified <br />Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, and community compliance code enforcement charges; <br />said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July 15, 2013 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, <br />835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577. <br />At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property <br />described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed <br />assessments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Souza and passed and adopted this 15th day of July, 2013, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: �,ti1LU�.tG2w1 ��� <br />Marian Handa.
