IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002— 101 (2323/1221) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CRAIG LAWSON, <br /> UTILITY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT,RELATING TO THE 2003 BI-ANNUAL <br /> WASTEWATER USER CHARGE AND CONNECTION FEE STUDY AND THE LONG TERM <br /> WASTEWATER REPLACEMENT FINANCING STUDY AND INDUSTRIAL SEWER USER <br /> CHARGE SENSITIVITY ANALYSES FOR FY 03/04 AND FY 04/05. <br /> An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Craig Lawson, Inc., Utility <br /> Management Consultant, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Glaze and passed and adopted this 15th day <br /> of July, 2002 by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> Ayes: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br /> Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br /> Noes: None ( 0 ) <br /> jk Hen+: None ( 0 ) <br /> Attest: ' t�-d� �....� <br /> Gayle P rsen, City Clerk <br />
