IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 102 (2323) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CHS CONSULTING GROUP, RELATING TO THE HIGH VOLTAGE STREET <br /> LIGHTING SYSTEM REPLACEMENT/CONVERSION, PHASE II, <br /> PROJECT NO. 210-38-174 <br /> Recitals <br /> An agreement between the City of San Leandro and CHS Consulting Group, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br /> hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Glaze and passed and adopted <br /> this 15th day of July 2002,by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br /> Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT:None ( 0 ) <br /> Attest: 4ft it `' <br /> Gale Pe rsen, City Clerk <br />
