IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 116 (2536) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> E. SWALLOW AGENCY, LLC,FOR <br /> WEB SITE MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003 <br /> A Contractual Services Agreement between the City of San Leandro and E.
