DELIVERABLES: Summary of Program Research, Summary of Public Meetings,Advisory <br /> Committee Meeting Minutes, Draft and Recommended Senior Center Program <br /> MEETINGS: Three Project Management Team (PMT)Meetings, two Community Meetings, <br /> three Advisory Committee(AC)Meetings <br /> 3.0 SITE FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS <br /> 3.1 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 5 to identify the potential sites and to <br /> develop site criteria such as capacity,accessibility,visibility, and availability. <br /> 3.2 The Contractor shall research the potential sites identified by the City and PMT. <br /> 3.3 The Contractor shall analyze the potential sites(max.4) and use the site criteria to <br /> evaluate them in terms of location,building and parking capacity, access,and circulation. <br /> 3.4 The Contractor shall develop a draft of the findings. <br /> 3.5 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 6 to review draft findings. <br /> 3.6 The Contractor shall conduct AC Meeting 3 to present draft findings. <br /> 3.7 The Contractor shall finalize the site analysis and complete the Site Feasibility Report. <br /> DELIVERABLE: Site Feasibility Report <br /> MEETINGS: Two Project Management Team (PMT)Meetings, one Advisory Committee(AC) <br /> Meeting <br /> 4.0 DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES <br /> 4.1 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 7 to give an overview of the development <br /> strategies, evaluate these strategies, and select three for further development. <br /> 4.2 The Contractor shall develop preliminary plans and estimates of probable construction <br /> cost for the three selected development strategies. <br /> 4.3 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 8 to present preliminary plans for the three <br /> selected strategies. <br /> 4.4 The Contractor shall prepare for AC Meeting 4. <br /> 4.5 The Contractor shall conduct AC Meeting 4 to present preliminary plans for the three <br /> selected strategies. <br /> 4.6 The Contractor shall prepare for Community Meeting 3. <br /> 4.7 The Contractor shall conduct Community Meeting 3 to present preliminary plans for the <br /> three selected strategies. <br /> 4.8 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 9 to confirm the selection of the preferred <br /> strategy. <br /> 4.9 The Contractor shall prepare a revised preliminary plan, a revised estimate of probable <br /> construction cost, and a project budget for the preferred strategy. <br /> 4.10 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 10 to present the preferred strategy. <br /> 4.11 The Contractor shall conduct AC Meeting 5 to present the preferred strategy. <br /> DELIVERABLES: Three Conceptual Alternatives with Estimates of Probable Construction Cost, <br /> one refined Conceptual Plan, and one refined Estimate of Probable Construction <br /> Cost and Project Budget. <br /> MEETINGS: Four Project Management Team (PMT)Meetings, one Community Meeting, and <br /> two Advisory Committee(AC)Meetings <br /> Contractual Services Agreement Page 4 of 23 <br /> Revised 5-02 Senior Center <br />
