DELIVERABLES: Summary of Program Research, Summary of Public Meetings,Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes, Draft and Recommended Senior Center Program MEETINGS: Three Project Management Team (PMT)Meetings, two Community Meetings, three Advisory Committee(AC)Meetings 3.0 SITE FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS 3.1 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 5 to identify the potential sites and to develop site criteria such as capacity,accessibility,visibility, and availability. 3.2 The Contractor shall research the potential sites identified by the City and PMT. 3.3 The Contractor shall analyze the potential sites(max.4) and use the site criteria to evaluate them in terms of location,building and parking capacity, access,and circulation. 3.4 The Contractor shall develop a draft of the findings. 3.5 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 6 to review draft findings. 3.6 The Contractor shall conduct AC Meeting 3 to present draft findings. 3.7 The Contractor shall finalize the site analysis and complete the Site Feasibility Report. DELIVERABLE: Site Feasibility Report MEETINGS: Two Project Management Team (PMT)Meetings, one Advisory Committee(AC) Meeting 4.0 DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES 4.1 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 7 to give an overview of the development strategies, evaluate these strategies, and select three for further development. 4.2 The Contractor shall develop preliminary plans and estimates of probable construction cost for the three selected development strategies. 4.3 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 8 to present preliminary plans for the three selected strategies. 4.4 The Contractor shall prepare for AC Meeting 4. 4.5 The Contractor shall conduct AC Meeting 4 to present preliminary plans for the three selected strategies. 4.6 The Contractor shall prepare for Community Meeting 3. 4.7 The Contractor shall conduct Community Meeting 3 to present preliminary plans for the three selected strategies. 4.8 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 9 to confirm the selection of the preferred strategy. 4.9 The Contractor shall prepare a revised preliminary plan, a revised estimate of probable construction cost, and a project budget for the preferred strategy. 4.10 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 10 to present the preferred strategy. 4.11 The Contractor shall conduct AC Meeting 5 to present the preferred strategy. DELIVERABLES: Three Conceptual Alternatives with Estimates of Probable Construction Cost, one refined Conceptual Plan, and one refined Estimate of Probable Construction Cost and Project Budget.
