When you address the City Council, you should fill out a speaker card <br />and submit it to the City Clerk, prior to the calling of the Action Item . <br />10.A.13-426 Staff Report for an Ordinance Repealing Title 3, Chapter 3-5 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Animals ; Amending Title 4, Section <br />4-11-1000; and Enacting Title 4, Chapter 4-11, Articles 11-15; and a <br />Resolution Amending the Master Fee Schedule to Add Fees Relating to <br />Animal Permits <br />13-427 PASS TO PRINT: An Ordinance Repealing Title 3, Chapter 3-5 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Animals ; Amending Title 4, <br />Section 4-11-1000; and Enacting Title 4, Chapter 4-11, Articles 11-15 <br />(clarifies housing and care requirements for animals, establishes <br />regulations to maintain chickens and bees, and establishes an animal <br />permit that allows for the maintenance of animals beyond what City <br />regulations would otherwise allow) <br />13-428 ADOPT: Resolution Amending Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code Establishing Fees for Animal Permits , Beekeeping <br />Permits and Renewals (establishes $15 fee for permits and renewals <br />every two years) <br />10.B.13-430 Staff Report for Public Safety Camera Planning and Policy <br />Considerations <br />13-450 MOTION: Motion Directing Staff to Include Community Cameras in the <br />Public Safety Camera Project <br />10.C.13-395 Staff Report for City Council Discussion and Determination of City <br />Position on Two Resolutions of the League of California Cities to Be <br />Voted on at the 2013 Annual Business Meeting (provides voting <br />directions to the City’s voting delegate and alternate as designated by <br />Resolution No. 2013-111) <br />13-396 MOTION: Motion Supporting OR Opposing the League's Resolution <br />Encouraging the Governor and the Legislature to Work with the League <br />to Provide Adequate Funding and to Prioritize Water Bonds to Assist <br />Local Governments in Water Conservation , Ground Water Recharge <br />and Reuse of Stormwater and Urban Runoff Programs <br />13-397 MOTION: Motion Supporting OR Opposing the League's Resolution <br />Encouraging the Governor and the Legislature to Work with the League <br />and the California Police Chiefs Association to Make a Number of <br />Changes to the Previously Adopted AB 109/ Public Safety Realignment <br />Legislation <br />10.D.Report on Closed Session Actions Taken <br />Page 3 City of San Leandro Printed on 8/27/2013
