September 3, 2013City Council Draft Minutes <br />10.B.13-430 Staff Report for Public Safety Camera Planning and Policy <br />Considerations <br />Comments were made by the following individuals: Mitch Huitema, Tim Holmes, <br />Arlene Lum, Dan Dillman, Mike Katz-Lacabe, Craig Williams, Mia Ousley, David <br />Erlich, Cynthia Chandler, Janet Gebhandt, and Liza Wood. <br />13-450 MOTION: Motion Directing Staff to Come Back with a Specific <br />Proposal to Include Two Community Camera Systems as Part of a <br />General Budgetary Authorization for Upgrading the Camera System at <br />the City Hall and the Police Department <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Souza, seconded by Councilmember <br />Lee, that this minute order be adopted. The motion carried by the following <br />vote. <br />Aye:Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Souza5 - <br />Nay:Cassidy, Reed2 - <br />Enactment No: Min Order 2013-042 <br />10.C.13-395 Staff Report for City Council Discussion and Determination of City <br />Position on Two Resolutions of the League of California Cities to Be <br />Voted on at the 2013 Annual Business Meeting (provides voting <br />directions to the City’s voting delegate and alternate as designated by <br />Resolution No. 2013-111) <br />13-396 MOTION: Motion Supporting the League's Resolution Encouraging <br />the Governor and the Legislature to Work with the League to Provide <br />Adequate Funding and to Prioritize Water Bonds to Assist Local <br />Governments in Water Conservation , Ground Water Recharge and <br />Reuse of Stormwater and Urban Runoff Programs <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Souza, seconded by Councilmember <br />Reed, that this minute order be adopted.
