IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-032 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION OF <br /> 150TH AVENUE BETWEEN PORTOFINO CIRCLE AND <br /> THE CITY BORDER TO BAYFAIR CENTER DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, a proposal to change the name of a portion of 150th Avenue, between <br /> Portofino Circle and the eastern border of the City,to Bayfair Center Drive has been made; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Bayfair Center desires the change and staff has coordinated the proposal <br /> with Bayfair Center, Alameda County and Caltrans. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE that <br /> the name of a portion of 150th Avenue between Portofino Circle and the City border is to be <br /> changed to `Bayfair Center Drive,"and staff is authorized to work with Caltrans to implement <br /> the change. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Gregory and passed and adopted this 18th day of March, <br /> 2013, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> • <br /> ATTEST: : J (-- .6 -Zt_.,- <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br /> I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of Resolution No. <br /> 2013-032 adopted this 18th day of March, 2013, by the City Council <br /> of the City of San Leandro. <br /> 14A-1,1L <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk of the City of San Leandro <br />
