IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-128 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN <br /> TI-IE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE <br /> SAN LEANDRO CITY EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION (SLCEA) FOR THE <br /> PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2013 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2015 <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement was reached between the negotiators for the City of San <br /> Leandro and the San Leandro City Employees' Association (SLCEA) and ratified by the <br /> employees represented by the SLCEA; and <br /> WHEREAS. a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and the <br /> SLCEA, for the period January I. 2013 through December 31, 2015, has been presented to this <br /> City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof'. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That said MOU, is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized; and <br /> 2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said <br /> MOU, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br /> 3.
