File Number: 13-454 <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro desires to become a Kiva Zip “Trustee” and <br />facilitate the access of no-cost capital on the Kiva Zip platform for businesses in San Leandro. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1.That said application, substantially in the form presented, is hereby approved <br />and transmission by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2.That the City Manager is authorized to transmit the Trustee application and any <br />other documents that may be necessary to effectuate the application . <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 10/15/2013
